Due to lack of space and continuing strandings coming in,\u00a0Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWC) coordinated transport of turtles to other facilities, including Mote, for continued rehabilitation. Mote received 22 cold stunned sea turtle patients.<\/span><br \/>\n<strong>02\/08\/2025<\/strong><span style=\"background-color:#f4f4f4\">\u00a0All east coast cold stun turtles are eating on their own. After being slowly warmed over days, they are now swimming in 77 degree water and their rehab. pools are at full depth.
